Pre-school
Large scale studies have shown that young children-those entering
kindergarden and first grade-vary greatly in their attainment of the
early precursor skills that provide the launching pad for later literacy
development. The mission of the Omega Child Development Center is
to provide the best possible pre-school experience for all children in
order to better prepare them for the academic rigors of a kindergarden
program.
The Omega Center attempts to accomplish this by focusing on better
instructional practices for young children so that parents and teachers
can better support their emerging literacy skills. These age
appropriate interventions will provide all children with an efficient and
compresensive educational foundation that will increase their
academic success
